QuickBooks
We use QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop accounting software. If you do not have your own accounting software account, we can provide you with one on the platform you choose.

The difference: QuickBooks Online provides you with online accessibility. You can add information and upload receipts, etc, but a monthly fee is required. Online accessibility is not provided with QuickBooks Desktop. You will be provided with all financial information via reports.

Bookkeeping Services

Bookkeeping consists of inputting and categorizing your transactions into the bank account register and completing the bank reconciliation. This is done for all bank accounts, credit card, and third-party accounts (Square, Cash App, Cash, Apple Pay, etc.) your business has.

Invoicing services consist of setting up your customer list and creating invoices or sales receipts to bill clients for services rendered or products sold and setting up your business to receive credit and debit card payments
